Defining Service Excellence is a common theme at JI. We view it as is our duty and delight to make clients feel as if they are our only client. We achieve this by providing responsive service that delivers results and keeps clients informed about the status of their claim, inquiry, or issue. If a JI staff member cannot provide the requested information, you can rest assured he or she will find the person who can.

To underscore our commitment to service, here are a few operating principles our employees follow when interacting with clients:

  1. Return calls and emails immediately.
  2. Confirm requests from clients via email or fax. Once requests are completed, advise the client.
  3. Inform the client as soon as possible, when an issue arises. No surprises.
  4. Take ownership of a client’s request. Don’t pass the buck.
  5. Fix the root cause. Always.
  6. Smile on the phone.
