JI Risk Online
Workers' compensation claimants and employers can conveniently look up information and resources and monitor activity through JI Risk Online, our Web-based risk management information system. This user-friendly, feature-rich system reports on any data available on the Employer's First Report of Injury or Illness (DWC-1), Employer's Wage Statement (DWC-3), and Supplemental Report of Injury (DWC-6) as well as other data calculated or entered into the system.
JI Risk Online makes it easy to:
- Receive information in detail or in summary format and in spreadsheet, charts, or graphs according to your specifications.
- View complete payment history, reserve information, as well as an adjuster’s online notes
- Create custom reports
- Access key links to information related to what you can expect in the claims process
- Contact an adjuster through e-mail
JI Risk Online tracks payments by major category and subcategory, and provides tracking and reporting capabilities by custom cause, nature of injury, and body part codes, which can be translated into the corresponding NCCI codes.
JI Risk Online also features an automation tool that rapidly and accurately captures the first report of injury information. JI staff can enter and edit incident information remotely, eliminating the duplication of data entry and errors associated with improperly completed paper forms, and reducing turnaround time by up to 80%. By providing immediate knowledge of the incident, average claim costs decrease. Additional features include:
- Maintaining an almost unlimited range of codes, such as client codes, body-part codes, state tables, occupation classifications, etc
- Tracking each remote user separately, using unique workstation IDs
