Need Help Logging In?

JI Benefits Online requires:

  • At least a 56kbps Internet connection
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.5 or greater), Netscape Navigator (version 6 or greater) or Mozilla Firefox (version 1.2 or greater)
  • A User ID and Password* entered with correct case, any spaces, etc.

*Employees/Patients should obtain User ID and Password from their HR Department or Employer Benefits Administrator. Benefits Administrators should contact your JI Specialty Services account representative for User ID and Password.

  • If you have the correct browser, User ID, and Password, but still cannot log in, please e-mail jibenefitsonline@jicompanies.com or call Technical Support at 1-800-923-2667. Please note any error messages you may have received so we may help you more effectively.
  • If you need immediate assistance with an issue or question about your employee health benefits or claims information, you can reach claims customer service at 1-800-808-6372, 8:30-5 M-F central, or email.
