JI Benefits Online

For our employee benefits clients, JI Benefits Online is your portal to all the information you need. With your password-protected access, you can inquire about the status of submitted claims, enroll or terminate employees, request ID cards, verify eligibility, view explanations of benefits (EOBs), and more. JI Benefits Online provides data in real-time, giving you access to information directly, anytime you want.

Our flexible, easy-to-use Internet portal allows clients to enroll and terminate coverage, check claims status, review benefits and verify eligibility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What’s more, JI Benefits Online is set up and customized to each client’s specifications, so only your plan’s benefits are presented.

The system is completely secure. Employees can inquire about claims, receive claims summaries, and confirm coverage, deductibles, co-pays, out-of-pocket maximums, etc. Authorized users are able to update and change information. JI clients can also make changes to enrollment forms, track these changes, and notify the employee of the changes made through an automated e-mail system.
