JI Executive to Speak at Texas PRIMA
AUSTIN, TEXAS - Greg Womack, Executive Vice President and Program Executive for JI Companies, will speak on November 17th at the Texas Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) Conference in Austin. Greg will present Return to Work Programs: Equipping Your Managers to Effectively Administer Them, a timely topic with the recent passage of House Bill 7 and its impact on Return to Work initiatives. His presentation will address the benefits of implementing a successful return to work program as a key element of creating a comprehensive disability management program. Greg will explain what return to work is, its significance at Division of Workers’ Compensation of the Texas Department of Insurance, the importance of communication among all involved parties, and how to achieve measurable program outcomes.
Greg holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America and Masters of Business Administration with a Risk Management & Insurance concentration from the University of Texas at Austin. He has over 17 years risk management experience. He has been with JI since 1989 and is responsible for daily operations of the Texas Council Risk Management Fund and Texas Water Conservation Association Management Fund. Greg also has operational responsibility for JI’s Property/Casualty Claims and Loss Control programs.
