Third Party Administrator JI Companies Implements Field Case Management Programs
AUSTIN, TEXAS – Third Party Administrator, JI Companies, has implemented field case management programs for both its workers’ compensation and employee benefit clients. The programs integrate with JI’s in-house claims services to provide members and injured workers with comprehensive assessments of care needs, recommendations and coordination of appropriate treatment, and dedicated advocacy. JI has selected a team of certified case managers who are registered nurses with at least 10 years’ experience to administer the program.
